Breakfast….what a delightful challenge!

We offer twenty-four different varieties of pancakes, many waffles, farm fresh eggs, sizzling ham, bacon or country sausage and golden butter-fried hash brown potatoes…the list goes on and on. Of course all of our batters are made from fresh ingredients and we prepare each syrup and compote in our kitchen.

Pancakes & Crepes

WILD BLUEBERRY PANCAKES • 10.40

Sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with blueberry compote. Captures all the tang of mountain blueberries.

SWEET POTATO PANCAKES • 10.15

Pancake Pantry Specials

MORNING STAR • 13.00

Two mounds of our fresh shredded hash browns, topped with melted cheese and two fried eggs. Covered with a blend of diced grilled onions, pimentos, mushrooms, ham and green peppers. Served with toast and whipped butter or buttermilk pancakes.

LOWER CHOLESTEROL/LOWER FAT BREAKFAST • 12.15

Scrambled eggs, 3 buttermilk or whole wheat pancakes
and 2 sausage patties.

There are no egg yolks in the scrambled eggs. The pancakes are
made with skim and buttermilk which have no fat or cholesterol and only 1/15th of an egg yolk each. The sausage (made to our specifications) has less fat. The syrup is fat and cholesterol free and margarine is served in place of butter.
